  This place as went down hill the last year I don't no why they hire the people they do but the wait time is horrible they can't get orders completed correctly at all 3 times the last 4 months we have ordered and Everytime are food is wrong missing toppings on the burgers with burnt dried up meat on top of that every day time they give us a burger with no bun why we didn't ask for that at all on top of horrible wait times with unskilled servers we got to watch bad kids screaming and running around killing the mood of enjoying the buffalo wild wings vibes management watching them kids run around in his store and not say anything hmm it's not a Chucky cheese but feels like it every time we try too give this place a chance it just gets worse and worse we have decided to never come back unfortunately it's just not like it used too be burnt food water down drink's horrible wait times with unskilled servers and now this place ran buy a bunch of disrespectful little brat spoiled kids we will pass !!!

  Came here on 5/5/2026 for dinner. The place wasn't crowded, about 30% full. We started off with a mushroom garlic appetizer. Steamy hot, but good, especially the sauce. I had the All American Burger which is a double smash burger. The burger was good, big and hot but lacked crispness. It was still really good. I ate 1/2 and saved the rest for a lunch. I also had the potato wedges. Served hot and tasty. My drink was the blackberry cider. My husband had the wings special and a tap beer. He got 20 wings with 2 different flavors, Asian Zing & Caribbean Jerk. They were decent size, not big but okay. Plenty left over for a couple of lunches.

  First order to this restaurant and we picked up cold food. This was an extremely low quality experience. Food tastes like it had been sitting for an hour. First impressions mean everything.

  waited 20 mins with out a single employee noticing our existence so we left and got wonderful service at red lobster. these guys need to try harder. I will never come back
