  You always have to pull up and wait for food when going through drive through. What’s the fing point of going to a fast food joint to wait 15-20 to get a single combo meal?

  While visiting Portsmith for a AAU tournament, we decided to stop here for lunch in between games. There was probably 15 of us, I placed my order and when it came out.........OMG! There was a freaking LIVE roach on my cup lid! I spoke with the manager quietly, so that I wouldn't gross the other customers out. The manager was even sickened by seeing it, she did give me a full refund for my order, that was the end of that! Unacceptable!

  100 percent of the time I go thru drive thru they park me and I have to wait.
