  Could not fit our truck through the drive through so we parked and told them that we couldn't fit so we came in. This simple act confused them so much that we couldn't get what we ordered.

  Its no longer a drive thru as they always make you park and wait in the mobile pickup spots in the parking lot. Orders are typically correct but I recommend double-checking before leaving. Wait times are longer than other Mcdonalds we've been to.

  Whoever the manager was that was putting the food in the bags on Saturday at 12:30 pm she was very rude to her own employees even when she made a mistake she couldn’t own up to it and blamed the person who brought it out to us, no employee deserves to be dragged down because of their own mistake even if it was him (which it wasn’t) she shouldn’t have done that, it’s unprofessional. Why do we have to show managers of all people how to read a receipt? She tried telling us one item we didn’t have on there when it was a promo from the app, you try to work with them instead of accusing, she should know better if she’s a manager. Treat your runners better, they’re out here in 80 degree weather making less just to be degraded by their own staff they’re supposed to look up to. I recommend going to rosemount.
