  This store has very poor service. It takes too long to get served, and the order takes more than an hour to be ready.

  Somehow, they’re always closed early tried to drive through the drive-through line and a bunch of cars outside and the people working on the inside had to come out and say that they were closed. This is not the first time this is happened. And seemed to me that they had plenty of people there on the closing shift working.

  Fast food? More like slow food. Not blaming the workers entirely, this place has been mismanaged since it opened. I try again every once and awhile, but its still the same story. Slow food, cold food, missing food. Worst taco bell that exists.

  Long wait, then had additional wait time because they didn't make/prep the drinks while making the food, no napkins, no sauce... (drive-thru)

  I work at the (Valvoline) right across the plaza from this Taco Bell. I don’t often get Taco Bell from this location. But every time I’ve gotten Taco Bell from this location, I’ve either gotten the wrong order entirely or I’ve gotten the wrong drink. There’s not much I can do about it because I’m on my break, I don’t have much time so I just have to deal with what I get, but it makes me upset that I’m paying for somebody else’s meal. i’ve worked at McDonald’s for four years. I understand that when it gets busy, it gets hard to get things right, but I could tell you one thing when I was at McDonald’s that I was just double checking, taking the extra 10 seconds making sure that this window order that I’m handing out is the exact same drink in the exact same food as what it is on the screen before I serve it off, so I’m really just asking that I hope that somebody sees this and makes that little change, it can bring more people to the store if their orders are being handed out correct. Edit, This isn’t any hate to any of the workers I understand how fast food can be. Thanks.
