    Paid in cash and lady at the register refused to give my full change stating they don’t carry Pennies anymore. Was exceptionally rude about it. Company rips you off a few pennies at a time.

    My brother and i ordered Jimmy johns 2 days ago. I ended up getting food poisoning and almost had to go to the hospital. We will never order from them again!!! I highly sugest you think twice before ordering sandwiches here! 😡😡😡😡😡

    Placed order, after 45min I checked the app, wasn't going to get here for another 30-50. Called to cancel the order, and they said they would, but then didnt. Will not purchase from this store again.
