  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars for Jasmine! I absolutely have to give Jasmine, the bartender at Grapevine in Pickerington, five stars! Her service is impeccable, genuine, and incredibly humble. Today had been an all-around rough day. My husband just recently came home from the hospital, and after the severe thunderstorms in Reynoldsburg knocked out the power at our home, we weren’t able to cook dinner. I found myself driving around trying to figure out what to get for my family when I remembered the great service I had received at Grapevine before and decided to stop in. Coincidentally, Jasmine was within eyesight of the takeout door when I pulled up. She greeted me immediately, and what really stood out is that she never forgets a face! We chatted for a moment while I gave her a quick update on everything that had been going on. She brought me a menu, gave me a few minutes to gather my thoughts and decide what we wanted, then came back and took my order. I was able to pay right there, and she even brought out the appetizer I ordered so my daughter and I could share it in the car while we waited. That small act of kindness meant more than she probably realized after the kind of day I had been having. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Atmosphere And I have to mention, Jasmine makes GREAT drinks too! Jasmine is truly an asset to Grapevine and exactly the type of person who makes you want to support a small business again and again. Great customer service isn’t just about taking an order, it’s about how you make people feel, and Jasmine has consistently made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I’ll definitely continue coming back as long as she’s there. Give Jasmine her flowers, she deserves them! 💐❤️ Five stars all around

  A very cool atmosphere, a great friendly staff & some pretty good Pizza to boot. A great place to hang out or even throw a Birthday Party!

  Recently discovered this Pickerington are gem. Truly enjoy dining in, and often take out. Food is great, and service has always been excellent. Happy to have become a regular.
