I should point out, while he is doing the work, there were 5 other employees standing around competing for who could do the least amount of work. He had a goatee, if he is not there, abandon hope of a quick exit.

The app is also awful for getting refunds for errors, which are common. The restaurant is dirty, the staff is rude. Zero stars.

Then I am told my order has been picked up but yet I arrived 1 minute after my pick up time. Was told they had to ask a manager to see if it was possible to get it remade or to get a refund. Sat in line for 20 minutes and got no food. Should really double check confirmations emails before handing out orders.

I get it home and cut the burrito in half because I was wanting to save the other half for lunch the next day. The half I chose to eat first had zero meat. This happens quite often because of the way you guys assemble burritos. I thought okay, when I eat the other half I will be able to enjoy the meat. Not the case at all! I got at most a couple of bites that included the meat, the rest was all rice and beans. Hey Chipotle, do you think it’s okay to serve a mediocre product when the customer isn’t standing in front of you watching you make the food?Wish I hadn’t tipped! You don’t deserve it!!!
