The restaurant is frequently out of key menu items, regularly lacks ice, and the facility is often unclean. In addition, the staff frequently appear disengaged and uninterested in delivering quality service. These recurring operational and service issues have persisted despite feedback provided through official channels. Simply directing customers to the corporate website for complaints has proven unhelpful and ineffective in driving any meaningful improvements at this location. I cannot recommend it and hope the company either makes substantial changes or considers replacing it with a better run establishment in the Pickerington area.

We were not told about this before they started making our food. They put two scoops of rice, and two scoops of beans , then took barely a half of a scoop of protein in each order. When we drove the two miles back to our house, our food was cold. When I tried to call the store to fix the issue, it went to a Indian call center. Horrible experience.

Would have ordered something else had I known. No offer to make it right. Also there were barely any chips in the bag I got and they were disgustingly salty and chewy. Last time I was there an employee coming in for work set her sneakers on the pickup order shelves while she stood there and chatted with coworkers. Nasty. And the time before that I saw how dirty everything was (food spilled EVERYWHERE, meat pieces in the veggies, using the same spoon to scoop everything) and just turned around and left. About done trying to get a decent or even safe meal here.
