The poor rating is for the one staff member - for the way we were treated by him/them. At the start of the conversation, we mentioned we're new to ordering at Taco bell in the US and not sure what they call it here in the US - we wanted to order a burrito bowl. Hoping that they would recommend us the name of the dish similar to a burrito bowl. The first person who was taking the order was not sure so he fetched his colleague. The colleague who came to speak with us was extremely arrogant- went on to say he had never heard of the dish called Burrito Bowl. We were made to look like we're fools of some sort. We showed him the Google picture to help him understand to which he blatantly said he's never heard anyone call veggie bowl call Burrito bowl. There is only 1 bowl - he knew exactly what we were looking for. He still went on to pretend that he didn't know/understand. Horrible experience. We're tourists in the US from UK and this is the experience of people's behavior towards us that we will take back with us. Extremely disappointed and annoyed to say the least. Hope they are trained better - at least pretend to have manners and basic customer service skills. Very rude, unnecessarily creating drama.

Not a good experience. First they were taking a really long time, then I saw the receipt and they charged $1.29 for a squirt of sour cream. That is seriously overpriced. Then, I realized they overcharged me for my burrito and had to get a refund. When I got my food the burrito was wrapped incorrectly. I truly wish all Taco Bells would train their employees to fold burritos so that all of the different foods are in every bite. My first was a mouthful of cheese sauce followed by soggy rice mixed with the beans then finishing with the squirt of sour cream that I overpaid for. At least I could figure out what was wrong and was able to spread it out a little bit myself. I pretty much stopped going to Taco bells, and this just reinforced that choice.

Prices were much higher than other taco bells in the area. Service was slow to approach the counter but polite.

Imagine being a grown adult and working at Taco Bell and you short someone food that they paid for and then call the customer a liar when they ask for the missing item. One item. Three employees called my husband a liar when he said the poblano steak rolled quesadilla was not in the bag. The heavier set employee working said she would have to get a manager because she remembered making the item. A short skinny female was absolutely sure she put it in my husband's bag and not the other bag sitting next to it. Do not call your customer a liar. Go get your manager. My husband ended up paying for a replacement. He didn't care about paying for another one he was just hungry and had to get back on the road. Seriously.
