  Staff was incredibly rude. Had to wait 15 minutes just to order when I was the only one in the drive-thru. I just wanted two meals and when I pulled to the window they made me wait even more. I didn't even get the meals they just gave me the nuggets and strips, no drink and no fries, I was surprised to get the dips.

  There was a new girl taking our order first day first job and no one was “training” her they had her taking orders all by herself and kept getting annoyed when she asked for help! Poor girl was so overwhelmed we was missing a lot of food manager told her she needed to fix our order before she started taking more orders at the counter very very poor management and training. I have a daughter the same age that just started working and if I ever found out that is how she was getting trained and treated I would not be happy!!!! DO BETTER

  Machine wasn't working properly. I selected help at the machine. No one ever came. I finally left without any food. Machine is the worst idea ever! No one wants to help at the counter any more. McDonald's better wise up that no one wants to be ignored! I don't ever want to go to McDonald's again!

  Terrible service, asked for ice. They messed up our order we said we would pay for the fix and she’s like I’m not doing all that and gave us her drink. They were halfway filled, and the lady was rude. In my drink was sticky and tasted

  I've bit my tongue with this place apparently too many times. They keep their grape and strawberry packets on the floor. Literally, on the floor. Covered in dirt and idk what. Been this way for 2 years. Just nasty and whatever you order, hope you're flexible, because you'll likely end up with random items instead of what you want. Drove away from speaker today after being told to wait, while I watch the other lane take orders from 3 cars 😂
