- LMLauryn Milligan6 days ago1.0My husband and I went to check out this location tonight around 7pm—hoping that the service was faster than that on Fremont Pike. We were so disappointed. I’m usually a really patient person, but having 15 people in line and only one person preparing orders is a bit much. The man at the register watched as his coworker did each order—leaning up against the counter like he was bored. We were in line for at least 45 minutes and it wasn’t until we got up to the counter that another person jumped in to help out. There were between 5-10 people waiting for online orders inside as well. On top of that, as we were walking out, there were also cars wrapped around the parking lot with people waiting to pick up mobile orders.There seemed to be no sense of urgency from anyone. The man preparing the orders was very kind and personable, but everyone else seemed to have an attitude. The food was decent, but I could have had a full sit-down meal at a restaurant in the amount of time it took to receive my order. Whoever is managing this location really needs to figure out a better system.

Everybody else could get their order and leave. No problem but they couldn’t make my order for almost 15 minutes on the fact, the employees are pretty rude and disrespectfuland dismissive

The counter in front of the food (where they scoop out your toppings and move you along) was covered in sr cream, guac, and juicy drippings smeared all over from dragging bowls and foil through it while making customers orders. That is disgusting to have the bottom of your bowl all wet and covered in food. Please work on cleaning the area if spills happen while making food. Thank you
