  Terrible portion sizes, I have had food here a couple of times but the portion sizes are a lot smaller as compared to the other Perrysburg location.. probably a management decision. I would drive an extra mile and get it from the other location if I was you.

  Wanted to check out the new chipotle in Levis Commons. We went around 5pm. We were the only people in the restaurant. Nothing was stocked. No rice, no faquita veggies, had to wait for chicken. The workers were not friendly. The music was so loud I could not hear the employees. We went to pay and got 2 drink cups only to try to get a drink and was told the drink machine is broke. That would have been nice to know before we had ordered 2 drink cups. The overall atmosphere was very dingy and not clean. We will stick to the other Perrysburg Chipotle location.

  Hoping this new location recovers their fumbles soon. We love having a chipotle so close to home, but each experience has left us wanting more. An hour before posted close time, the staff was cleaning up already and were less than thrilled to have to get food back out of cooler to make a burrito. We returned for several different lunch visits only to be served very small portions as compared to other stores - and when we asked for ‘a little more’ the employee said she’d have to charge us double. We don’t mind paying their stated price for delicious food, but at least give us the deserved portion for the price. We’re rooting for you, Chipotle. But give the fans something to cheer about

  Never been to a Chipotle that gives you less food. Especially surprising after their CEO released a video saying they don’t skimp on portions. The photo is the size all of my burritos have been from this Chipotle, and when you ask for more, the staff is rude.

  I was absolutely thrilled when I opened my Chipotle order and discovered that my bowl had apparently spent the entire ride home standing vertically like a piece of luggage. At first, I assumed half of my order was missing. Then I realized Chipotle had simply developed a revolutionary new portion-control program. Rather than burdening me with an excessive amount of food, they thoughtfully provided what appeared to be a half-size serving, then carefully compressed it into one side of the bowl for maximum visual impact. The presentation was remarkable. One half of the container contained a tightly packed mound of rice, chicken, and toppings. The other half offered a spacious open-concept floor plan, allowing me to fully appreciate the interior design of the bowl itself. For years I mistakenly believed the purpose of a bowl was to contain food. Chipotle has shown me that empty space can be an ingredient too. The best part was the suspense. Each bite had me wondering whether there would be enough food left for another bite. Five stars for teaching me that hunger is temporary, but artistic presentation is forever.
