  Place an order for a kids meal online. When I arrived home I noticed. Have enough None of my extra toppings were included extra lettuce, extra cheese.Etc etc.. There were no forks they said they were out of them. I cannot have carbonated drinks. When I arrived, there was nothing that was not carbonated prepared. They did not even have apple juice. I was very disappointed. I attempted to call the store back and they just closed. I was not successful on reaching anyone.

  Pretty dull experience. Only 1 person on the line named jake. Rude person. My pregnant wife asked for a burrito. He grabs a bowl and she kindly stated she wanted a burrito. He rolled his eyes and smacked the bowl back onto the other ones. He has a stingy additude w the amount of rice and protein as if he has something against my wife and I. Mono tone voice. Here came my time to order. I was fast and knew what I wanted and spoke up scince I could tell he was rude and annoyed. He was very stingy with all thw ingredients. Even when I spoke up about it to add more he would add more or so a few grains of rice at the tip of the spoon. As we check out his mono tone voice really made me realize that im not gonna be coming to Chipotle again. 30 dollars for 2 bowls, a dim and rude experience and barely any food more or less the quality was cold and very little. 0/10 for jake. Very bad experience and I wont be seen back here again. I reccomend others to not go to this location either. He did this same thing to the next and previous customers. Not happy 1 bit.

  My sister and I visited today 08/22/26 around 4:45PM , There was a young gentleman on the station by himself, a older women on the register, another person on the grill and manager in the back. The kid was clearly flustered with a line to the door working by himself. The older lady yelled at him Numerous times while he was working threatening and belittling him. The lady was saying things such as “I’m gonna walk out and leave you here alone, you’re making my job harder, I’m not gonna play these games all night, do you’re job right” Very aggressive while all the kid said was okay. When I asked to speak to a manager the lady became annoyed and messed up the order prior, charging the wrong customer for food . The manager then sent the women on break. She came to our table bent over our food and started “apologizing” but in reality was justifying her actions saying she was helping because someone quit two weeks ago and that she’s just trying to do her job and was complaining. Mind you we’re paying customers and do not need justification for a 40+ women to be yelling at a teenager who’s trying his best with a line to the door. There is no excuses for this. She should never address a customer while eating to passive aggressively argue about a situation.

  We are traveling from SC and wanted to stop here and go to Tim’s Nextdoor. Just left because it looked like an all day food fight. Not one clean table and food smeared all over each table. Paper products and food all the floors. If they can’t clean the lobby I can only imagine what the kitchen was like. Walked out and went elsewhere

  Think my previous post was being hidden or deleted so I'll repost. This is the average take out order at this place the last several months. Staff most likely to blame since I've been going here for about 5 years and only started to have this experience about 6 months ago. Location not worth stopping at.
