- MWMitch W.Feb 11, 20261.0At 5:57PM on 2/10/26. We had a group order totaling $150 worth of food that we were going to purchase and whoever was working at the drive-through. The female employee was extremely rude and condescending when she just said can I help you on the speaker and I told her could I have a couple minutes and she said yeah whatever we just decided to takeoff very big disappointment. I had high hopes for this Arby’s location, but unfortunately customer service is lacking and I don’t think I’ll return. As for the girl that is working the drive-through, please get another job because obviously you hate working at Arby’s and it shows.
