    Staff is trying hard but I just don’t think they have the right leadership/support. Came in at 6:30 on a Monday to be told they ran out of roast beef and that it would be four hrs before more would be ready.

    Waited in line for thirty mins to not even get my order taken so i left went to mcdondalds got my food drove back and waited on my guys to get there food took them 40 mins to get served

    Service is slow and not bright. Will not go back. Instead of upgrading the building maybe upgrade the staff.

    Staff was doing the best they could once they noticed the 2 groups at the front desk. Food was cold and my husband's bun had black spots on it that shouldn't have been there.
