  The staff is so real and cool. Love the consistency in my drink orders. I never have an issue here and if I did, they are so fast to fix. The team at Perrysburg is just a sweet as Maumee. I hit up both spots today! Today I stopped at Maumee for the Apple energy. Then at Perrysburg ordered the feature, in this instance it’s the apple macchiato - chefs kiss. Natalie T was the bomb.

  Friendly service and was at my door as soon as I pulled up with 2 vehicles in front of me. I was greeted before asking for my number. Once at pick up my drink was ready and a thank you for stopping was stated before pulling away.

  Best place for coffee hands down. Great selection and the staff is always friendly. Our go to for all coffee related or energy related drinks. So goooooodddd!!!!!

  I am extremely disappointed and concerned by the behavior I witnessed from employees at Seven Brew during an accident involving a vehicle and a motorcyclist directly in front of the business. What I found especially disturbing was the lack of apparent concern for whether the motorcyclist was okay. Employees came outside, and played the song “Bad Boys” over the business’s speakers. They then proceeded to stand on the stands to take pictures and videos with their iPad of the police officers who had arrived on scene. The situation was not something to be treated as entertainment. An accident involving a motorcycle and a person potentially being injured is serious. The appropriate response should have been concern for the person involved and respect for the police and other responders who were there to handle the situation or at the very least continuing business as usual. What makes this even more concerning is that one of the employees participating in this behavior was a shift lead. Someone in a leadership position should understand the seriousness of an accident and set an appropriate example for the other employees. Playing “Bad Boys” over the business speakers while police were responding to an accident, standing outside watching from the stands, and taking pictures and videos of the officers came across as extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. I hope Seven Brew management takes this incident seriously, reviews what happened, and addresses the conduct of the employees involved. Regardless of anyone’s personal opinions about law enforcement, there is a basic level of professionalism, compassion, empathy and respect that should be expected from employees, especially someone serving as a shift lead. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I would hope Seven Brew would expect much better from its employees.

  I have never once had an issue at this location, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming, even offering drink recommendations when needed. The main reason I have knocked two stars off this review is due to what seems to be poor management from higher ups. I frequent this location at least five times a week, and often times when I arrive, there will be a line wrapped out to the street with only one person taking orders. Typically, by the time someone approaches me, I am met with an apology and told that they are short staffed, and operating with only one drink station. Normally things something that I would shrug off, but with the amount of times this has occurred in the past few months, it’s become a bit concerning, especially when I have two kids that could easily be in the position of these workers. It’s disheartening to see how this location went from being so lively and upbeat, to now seeming like the crew is trying their best to juggle staff shortages, a lack of product stocked, and bad weather all at once. I do hope this changes soon, as I would hate to see my this kids go through anymore stress than necessary, especially when so many of them are the same age as my children, if not younger.
