  30 minute ticket times. Absolutely ridiculous. Way understaffed. Won't be going back.

  Came in this afternoon to pick up a DoorDash order, there was a little delay so I ordered something for myself as I was waiting on both my order and the DoorDash order myself and an elderly lady watched the worker that was in the middle of the assembly line drop what appeared to be the scooper for the taco meat on the nasty floor and pick it back up and continue to use it to prepare orders both myself and the woman in front of me called it out to management we both also witnessed several workers with gloves on touching their faces which is also a health code violation. This is both unsanitary and unprofessional, and I probably won’t return to this location for anything outside of DoorDash.

  I went here yesterday around 12:30am to pick up a DoorDash order. There were two employees inside, and one of them told us their systems were down, which I understood. DoorDash then instructed us to go back and ask if anything could still be done, but before I could even explain, the employee on the speaker was extremely rude. He was talking over us, raising his voice, and being disrespectful. I’ve worked in fast food myself, so I understand how stressful and exhausting it can be. That said, being tired or overwhelmed isn’t an excuse to treat customers poorly. I didn’t even feel comfortable standing up for myself because of how aggressive the interaction was. Other people who were there at the same time also mentioned how rude he was, so it wasn’t just my experience. Even if the “systems were down”, there’s still a way to communicate that respectfully. A little kindness and professionalism goes a long way

  Ordered a dine in order and they served it a bag. There we no sauces in the bag, but was listed on the receipt They didn't give us our drinks and when we went to the counter to ask for them, they made one and said they needed to get the stuff to make the other. That drink never showed up. Returned to the counter and of the 8-10 people "working" no one acknowledged us for several minutes. At this point I just wanted my money back and even that took several minutes. Hopefully the new one in Etna does a better job.
