  Workers were rude, and my ice cream was halfway melted and the manager who goes by the name”jj” should be fired ASAP, the atmosphere does not feel right at all and most of the workers are rude, i hope the big girl that is in drive thru is long gone because she was really rude when i asked if i can have a carrier for my drinks, NEVER coming back to this location this location sucks.

  The owner is a cheapskate! They took 5 feet across our frontage on Taylor Rd. so they could build the DQ. They paid for the left lane to be widened, not Pataskala! They say it was eminent domain, yea, right. We were supposed to be invited to their small opening but unfortunately that did not happen, however the people at COTC were invited. We never got a penny for our frontage that was taken and not even a free milkshake. Needless to say, they don't get our business!

  Congratulations Dairy Queen you've been added to the list of restaurants using 2 year old inflation as an excuse to over-inflate your customer prices while further insulting us by reducing product size by 30%. I paid $7 for this peanut buster parfait which is nearly an 80% increase in price and look how you underfill your own cup not even trying to hide it. Now I will be secretly hoping your chain goes belly-up with all the others when the next recession hits and karma for gouging us is our last laugh. And before your "Fan Relations Team" replies to this comment please save your effort and inform the rest of your corporate that consumers are fed up and you lost our loyalty for being greedy. It will cost you far more to win us back. I hope it was worth it. Don't plan on retiring there as you'll be downsizing very soon.
