  Hi guys, im sorry to have to give this a bad review of only 1 star. I dont like doing this but I love taco bell and its always a pleasure as a customer to enjoy the food. However over past couple months I don't know what's going on but the wait times have been absolutely horrible. Several times I came around 10pm and cars were wrapped around the building and I came inside. I know that made for a busy night but my wait inside was 30 min just for me. Frustrating but I blew it off. Then 2 other times at night it was like that again. Supposedly there was training going on but thete didn't even look like there was even a valid crew to train anyone. Couple weeks later I came by today on a late afternoon on a Sunday. No one in drive through. Hardly anyone inside and it felt like it still took 15-20 min to get a small order of 3 things. The industry standard is 3 min per person. Not 30 min. Please fix your wait times.

  When robots take over the fast food industry I really hope that this location is one of the first. The amount of swear words and yelling I heard from the employees was absolutely uncalled for. I understand being short staffed and busy but the dinning room was gross, nothing was stocked and my order took exactly 23 minutes. Paying over $30 for 3 people to have a late lunch at a fast food place is crazy but it's what the teenagers wanted. 2 out of 3 of my tacos were broken and I imagine it's because the bag was slammed down on the pickup window. I asked for lids for my cups before we left and I was able to see 3 employees, if they were working any slower they would be in reverse! Whoever owns this store really needs to do a complete overhaul.

  This is the worst Taco Bell! You wait in a line for an hour sometimes even longer. When finally getting up to the window they hand you your drink that has been sitting there from the time you ordered, to finally making it up to the window. So, if you get a freeze it’s completely melted or a regular drink all the ice is gone. Not only that they will fill your cups all the way to the top and have it dripping all down the cup, and hand it to you that way. Won’t even provide napkins or remake the drink. I have to ask for napkins to clean up a mess they handed me. Just to top it off after waiting that long, your food isn’t even right!!! Everything is a mess and no right at all!

  Horrible service, Horrible food. I paid for extra meat and they didn't barely give me any lettuce or cheese. Girl who took order had a terrible attitude. No hello, welcome, or have a goodnight. It was " go ahead with your order". Wow I hate taco bell but Chipotle ran out of chicken and steak so came here because we wanted tacos and I didn't have time to make my own today like I usually do on taco Tuesday

  If I could give a lower review I would. Everytime I give this location another try im only met with disappointment. Tonight I ordered the nacho fries and they were DRENCHED in seasoning but not only that. Upon further inspection it was a literal giant glob of seasoning half the size of the container. The chalupa was stale and overcooked just literally the worst. Please If youre planning on visiting this location do yourself a favor and drive away!
