  Takes over 20-30 minutes just to get an order in for single drink, as many others have mentioned. At times I have waited that long for my order to be taken only for them to be out of the item. This is a frequent occurrence for this location. The location is filthy. Their soda lines are frequently out of syrup but sometimes they will not tell you and still sell you a foul flavorless tonic water anyways.

  I ordered here a couple weeks ago. Got 2 corn dogs and a grilled cheese. Corn dogs were slightly overcooked. Grilled cheese was advertised as two sliced of toast in the description and the image on the app. Arrived and got my food without the ketchup i asked for so i had to wait for someone to come outside and then i opened the grilled cheese to find that its just two hamburger buns with some cheese slapped in it. Well i was annoyed but i contacted corporate and they never got back to me so i decided to write this. If you dont have the items. Tell me and offer something else. False advertising i didnt get what i paid for

  Takes forever, you will literally wait over 20 minutes for a simple item, there has been numerous times when the order was wrong or incomplete. There has also been times where you will wait at the window when your trying to order and they prioritize drive through first.

  Love Sonic, but this one is always a disappointment, never adequetly staffed and seems to have management issues. I sat at a car hop for almost 10 minutes then guy comes on speaker and says only doing drive thru orders.....then why are all the menu screens lit and why did it take you 10 minutes to figure that out, i was parked in full view of the drive thru pick up window. Line at drive thru was backed up so i left. Now today i want to give them another try, randomly closed and a sign on drive thru board i cant read the scribble. Done with this location.

  We ordered inline.spent over 25 and didn’t get it until 11pm. I paid for a specialty burger and got a regular burger. We pulled up to the park and order screen to press the button waited for 10/15 nothing so we went to drive thru. He said they didn’t have everything for the burger but they had American cheese but didn’t put any on it. So didn’t eat the burger or fry. At that point I didn’t eat it because idk what they did to that burger. Then I got a drink and it was carbonated water. The worst experience and basically waisted our money. The fries and tots were disgusting. LThis was 10 pm 6/30. Got our order an hour later after all that. The man at the window seemed like a good worker but it was just disappointing.
