  Worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve had. The pizza came undercooked — raw and doughy, completely inedible. When I raised the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive, with no attempt to fix it. It’s clear the employees aren’t properly trained, in the kitchen or at the counter. Undercooked food is a safety concern, not just a taste issue. Management needs to address training immediately. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.@pizzhutparma

  We ordered delivery. The pizza was extremely greasy and sloppily made. The cheese was all over the place and the pizza itself wasn’t even cut properly.

  Waited over an hour for my order from Pizza Hut just to find out the DoorDash driver allegedly stole the food. Nobody from the store called me, updated me, or told me anything — I had to call myself to find out what happened. Completely unacceptable customer service. If the order is missing, the customer should at least be notified instead of being left waiting with no communication.

  Every time I order from this location, I tell myself never again but it's the closest to my house. Worth the farther drive from now on to go elsewhere. I had someone pick up my order and asked them to take a picture to make sure it was right. When I said it looked underdone, employee "Skye" threw the pizza across the room and said she was too busy and wouldn't deal with me on the phone even though I was the one who paid for it. Trashy staff, trashy establishment, and never going there again.
