  We arrived at 2:00 pm and they said we are closed when google clearly stated they are open till 2.30pm. They said the kitchen is open so we can takeout and sit somewhere and eat. We are travelling to Chicago but took a detour for 25 mins as they were open and am with my parents who are 60+. I requested them but they denied. They have to correct their google timings or be clear that kitchen is open till 2:30pm or update their hours as 2pm

  First time visiting there, an unusual experience, I arrived a bit late during end of lunch at around 2:18. Staff said they close from 2:30pm for a few hours and reopen in evening. When I asked if I could get some food for takeout, he said kitchen closes at 2:15pm. But when I asked once more that I traveled from far and didn’t know about restaurant closures between lunch and dinner time. He offered me that I could purchase a biryani for takeout, which was really fresh, flavorful and serving size was more than enough for an adult. I was really impressed by the customer service staff offered. I understand when it’s closing time, everyone getting ready to get some rest and do cleanups etc. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely return to experience dine-in experience.

  I ordered biryani from Paradise Biryani Pointe through DoorDash and had a really disturbing experience. I found a cockroach in my food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. This is not just a minor issue—it’s a major health risk. I expected better quality and cleanliness, especially when ordering from a restaurant. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to improve their food handling and sanitation standards. I would not recommend ordering from here until these issues are properly addressed.

In particular, Rohan provided exemplary service—he was courteous, attentive, and demonstrated excellent attention to detail.

  Can't speak for the buffet but the dosa here was fantastic. First of all, the portions were very very generous: huge dosa, plenty of sambar, and more than enough chutneys. My mysore masala dosa was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The beautiful golden-brown crepe was crispy enough to hold its shape yet also pliable enough to fold neatly around its filling. Though a bit greasy for my taste, I can't deny that there was a great balance between the slight crisp outside/edges and the soft, fluffy inside. Flavorwise, it was deliciously toasty with a subtle tang from proper batter fermentation and a garlicky kick from the spicy chutney. Sambar was a thick, hearty, tangy blended lentil base packed with various vegetables. All three chutneys (tomato, coconut, and peanut) were flavorful and very well-spiced. I didn't think a dosa would ever get me so stuffed but I'm so with it.
