  Going to a Chipotle is like playing the lottery. You never know what you’re gonna get. Sometimes you win, but most of the times you lose. This location became my go to when the Ridgewood location went into the toilet. Now, every time I go to this location they’re out of something it doesn’t matter the time of day, or the day of the week, it never fails. Today at 11:30 AM I walked in and they had no honey chicken ready and no fajita mix cut and they literally couldn’t have cared less about it. I went the other day at 4 o’clock and they had no cheese and was out of steak. You would think that whoever runs this place would actually order according to demand. If you’re constantly out and in demand, you don’t have enough. Pretty simple process. Guess it’s time to play the lottery again and find another one in Parma.

  This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. First, the employee working the line was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached the counter, she had a negative attitude and seemed determined to rush me through my order, despite the restaurant not being busy and there being no line behind me. I ordered two bowls with double chicken. It was obvious that one bowl received noticeably more chicken than the other, even though I paid for double chicken on both. When I politely pointed out the discrepancy, the employee refused to correct it. Anyone looking at the two bowls side by side could clearly see that one contained more meat than the other. To make matters worse, the restaurant was out of fajita vegetables, which was disappointing since they are one of my favorite ingredients. Finally, I asked the cashier multiple times for a bag of chips. When I got home and opened my order, I discovered that the chips were missing. However, I was still charged for them. Overall, I feel extremely disappointed and taken advantage of. Not only did I pay for double chicken on two bowls and receive inconsistent portions, but I was also charged for an item that I never received. After getting home and realizing what had happened, I felt ripped off and frustrated by the entire experience. I expect better customer service, greater attention to accuracy, and a willingness to correct obvious mistakes when they are brought to an employee’s attention.

  It was 10:30 pm they are open till 11 me and my friend walk in and the girl at the counter looks me dead in the face and says "just so you know we don't have any bowls or tortillas" WHAT ELSE DO THEY HAVE WHY ARE THE DOORS OPEN?! I suspect she lied to me intentionally so she can close early

  Chipotle is 95% yummy! 😋 Sometimes I get somewhat stale chips, and badly made guac, but 95% of the time, everything so delicious!!! I always do the Chipotlane pickup, so I didn’t rate Atmosphere/dining in.
