But the portion sizes are always ABYSMAL, and I got overcharged. The bowl was half filled. They only filled the side of queso up partway even though they charge you $2.95 extra for it. Final straw was they rung up chips & queso as two separate items, which is 25¢ more than if they ring up ‘chips & queso’ as a single item. I don’t want to make a big deal that, but it seems like they’re just squeezing customers by any means necessarily to marginally increase their profits. I don’t want to get ripped off anymore

Boatwright, who’s been leading Chipotle’s 4,100+ locations around the world since late 2024, is trying to make it clear you don’t have to jump through any hoops to get the right amount of food when you order.” So when I ask more rice or lettuce don’t be greedy, guys 🙏I’m tired to ask for more — and I’m ready to pay extra.
