- AAAshley4 days ago1.0I would give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I work late, so sometimes it's convenient to get chipotle when we get off since it's quick and easy. However, the last 3 times we have gotten food delivered from this location, they give us the wrong meat and half of the toppings we get are always missing. The one time they even wrote on one of the bowls "out of steak" and put chicken in the bowl instead. Why wouldn't you just cancel the order or call the customer? If you're out of anything by the end of the night, CALL THE CUSTOMER. They could easily cancel it and take their money somewhere else.

No friendly greeting what so ever. Stock looked dry & low. I ordered, paid & left. I was hungry. Will I return again? Absolutely not. Now I know why I don't eat there. Horrible service, dried out food & dirty. Never again!!

I DONY RECOMMEND COMING HERE… and you should avoid this place too… they are greedy with the sides even if you ask for more. OVERRALL -10 experience, food, and works this place needs to be SHUT DOWN ADAP!!!!!!

When I walk in, I notice the line person who starts the orders first , consistently not change their gloves after preparing orders ahead of me. When it was my turn i politely asked the person to change their gloves. When I asked for the chicken, the line person decides to pick up the chicken, using their hands, from the dirty counter that had been sitting there forever, into my burrito. the counter had not been cleaned before I arrived , with sauces and foods from earlier all on the counter. I did not purchase any food. I asked them to throw it away.
