  Great service from the woman working the drive through, food was mehh the new cheesecake is dramatically overhyped. Very dense bread, not much beef flavor and thats wierd considering what Arby's is known for. The gyro was decent tho, could have been a little meaty-er , but it tasted good. Wish I had tried one of the shakes.

  The assistant manager was no good. She stubbornly didn't make up the difference where I had a promotional code for my BOGO double roast beef order for to sandwiches ordered online. She spoke irresponsibly. To providing a customer service friendly override to make up for the order. Where she was well inappropriate and wrong to make it really nice and right.

  Just went in the drive thru on Day Drive in Parma, Ohio, not too long ago, ordered 2 items, one was beef brisket in a bowl without toppings & without the bun. They gave it to me on a bun, so I asked them to give it to me in a bowl, not the sandwich. The manager came back gave me a bag & hurriedly shut the window. He gave me pork in a bowl. I did not order pork, I said BEEF. The order was simple. I threw the pork in the trash & am out of my money now. I have been a regular customer here for years, usually order something 3 times a week, but will probably find another place to get lunch & dinner from. Not worth it.

  Everyone was so friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was very clean. I appreciate the excellent customer service.
