  Bri, the Shift Supervisor, was outstanding! Professional, efficient, and helpful. She’s a great ambassador for the Arby’s brand, and I hope she gets recognized. Kudos to Bri! 👍👊😊

  Jessica was the best yesterday she let me know I can still get my turkey sliders and even swapped one of my roast beef ones for a turkey slider A+ customer service

  Great service from the woman working the drive through, food was mehh the new cheesecake is dramatically overhyped. Very dense bread, not much beef flavor and thats wierd considering what Arby's is known for. The gyro was decent tho, could have been a little meaty-er , but it tasted good. Wish I had tried one of the shakes.

  The assistant manager was no good. She stubbornly didn't make up the difference where I had a promotional code for my BOGO double roast beef order for to sandwiches ordered online. She spoke irresponsibly. To providing a customer service friendly override to make up for the order. Where she was well inappropriate and wrong to make it really nice and right.
