  I’ve been going to this 7 Brew since it opened. This is the first anyone has told me they don’t brew coffee, but it’s an Americano. Super disappointed. Also a bit annoyed that the employee made me feel dumb that I didn’t know.

  This has to be the slowest 7 Brew in the franchise. The line is always wrapped around, they do not text down the line, and if they do text down the line they it’s only one employee. What’s the point of having two lanes if there will only be one order taken at a time anyway?? It shouldn’t take 20+ mins for drive through coffee. They also do not go in order of arrival of car!

  I had a really frustrating experience here. We went up to order and asked for 5 drinks, and the employee taking our order—who was short and overweight—immediately responded with “hell no.” At first, we thought he was joking, but it quickly became clear he was being serious. The attitude right from the start was off-putting and unprofessional. To make things easier, we all ordered the exact same drink. Instead of helping things run smoothly, the employee got visibly annoyed with us for it and started getting rude. On top of that, even though the order was identical, multiple drinks (around 4–6 of them) were made incorrectly, which makes no sense. Overall, the service was disrespectful, disorganized, and just plain unpleasant. Definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.

  I was so happy that a 7Brew opened near me. When they first opened service was great but now it’s awful. The employees don’t care to work all they do is chit chat with their friends. I’ve sat in line for almost an hour and there’s not really a way to get out. All the 5star reviews are probably fake because this location has written everywhere to give them a 5start review on goggle, you’ll get a free football so most of these reviews are people probably just wanting free merch. What’s most frustrating is that when the car in front is a co-worker or friend and they sit around talking forever even though there is a lineup of cars. There was also a time where an employee would be outside walking the line of cars when it’s nice (I don’t expect them to do it when it’s cold or raining) and take people’s orders. But they don’t do that anymore even on really nice days when there are lineups of cars around the whole place. I can see there are plenty of employees but all I ever see is like 3-4 people actually working while everyone else is just talking and doing nothing. I’m not sure if other 7Brew’s are like this but this kind of customer service is awful and unacceptable. This coming from one who working with customer service.
