  Expect to be in the drive-thru line for 30-45 minutes. Every single time. I go to the Snow Road location in Brookpark now. They operate at normal speed.

  Have picked up door dash multiple times from here and every single time, we arent spoken to for at least 10 or so minutes while being the only ones standing there, sometimes another person and they have the same issue. This time no one addressed us at ALL, girl came and quickly put the order on the shelf and dipped. Another time the entire staff was hanging outside so we left.

  Last few times we’ve gone they’ve said they were only doing mobile orders. So we did a mobile order and when we got there they were out of half the items we ordered and had already paid for! This location has gone downhill, it used to be so good.

  My wife and I decided to use the app for the first time.... She was running errands and called me to ask what I would like. She put the order in ahead of time on the app TO SAVE THE STORE TIME! She put the order in, all good. She got to the store and it was "closed for equipment repairs". SO WHY WOULD IT STILL ACCEPT OUR ORDER AND TAKE OUR MONEY?! She saw someone inside and tried to get their attention so we could GET OUR MONEY BACK. Nope, they could care less. It was after 7PM so the "hotline" to the Singapore call center was closed. She called today and they told her 5-10 business days to get our money back... 5-10 days? Are you seriously kidding me? So probably the very first thing that should be implemented when a restaurant starts an app.... maybe have an automated way to take the closed store off of the list? The people who create these systems obviously don't care and I'm willing to bet the manager also could care less. It's ok stupid people who engineer Taco Bell's App and workers of the store, AI is coming to fix all of the things you are too lazy to pay attention to, for example, your customers money! As for us, I think that's it for Taco Bell. This WAS the last good one in our area. Chipotle is right down the street and really only a couple of dollars more at this point. At the very least, this was the first and LAST time we will ever be using the app, (which really only exists to save TACO BELL some time.) First impressions guys!

  Do not waste your time going to this Taco Bell, the last 3 times I’ve gone here between 7-10PM they have refused service and claimed they are not taking any orders. I’ve worked in fast food and understand this may happen sometimes but 3 times in a span of a month is simply they are purposely not wanting to work. Not to mention their freeze machine has not worked the last 10 times I’ve actually been able to place an order at this location. Whenever I do get to place an order almost certainly something is forgotten to be put in the bag or made just completely incorrect. It’s safe to say this place should just permanently be closed down until they can run a competent Taco Bell. This undoubtedly is the worst Taco Bell in the 10 mile radius and it’s not even close.
