  Tried to order online, it waits till you all filled out and hit check out before telling you the store you selected at the beginning isn't taking online orders. So you call, the store number sends you to an answering device that hangs up on you to only then the second time transfer you to the store that never picks up

  At 8:49 pm on Saturday June 13th, 2026. Placed an order for a large 3 topping hand tossed pizza. An hour an twent minutes later never received it. Called theor customer support line and after being asked what eas the issue, they put me on hold. After forty minutes I believe they just wrote me off, and lwft me hanging to their answering replay. After this miserable and less than appropriate lack of service I will never again call their number. But instead dial for Papa Johns.

  I ordered a large pizza with light sauce and it arrived with more than 3 times the sauce one would use for 1 pizza. I called to complain and the store will not answer the phone. This pizza hit is a freaking joke of a "restaurant" and the managers should be ashamed of themselves for the product that they produce.

  I just tried to order a pizza from this location and they told me that I was breaking up on their end- when the fact of the matter is- it's not my phone that is the problem- IT'S YOURS! Actually get a phone line that works! Do not order from this location, especially when they blame you for problems with their phone system!
