When I placed my order on September 14 2026 about 9:25 pm , I clearly asked for a medium cheese pizza with a thin crust, New York style. I specifically explained that I wanted it thin. Instead, they gave me a very thick pizza, and to make matters worse, it wasn’t even sliced. I absolutely do not like that style of pizza, which is exactly why I was very clear about my order from the beginning. I took the pizza back and explained that I had specifically ordered a New York-style thin-crust pizza and asked why my order was made incorrectly. The response I received was simply, “Sorry, the machine that handles your order is turned off.” That is not an acceptable explanation. If you cannot prepare an order the way the customer requested, you should tell the customer before making and handing out the wrong pizza. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I left the pizza there and walked out. I paid for something I did not order and could not even eat. This was a complete waste of my time and money. Customers should not have to repeat a simple request and still receive the exact opposite of what they ordered. Please pay more attention to your customers and their orders. I will think twice before ordering from this location again.

Extremely disappointing service and poor handling of customer issues. I previously received a terrible pizza, which I took back to the store. The original manager was understanding, acknowledged the issue, and promised two free pizzas for my next visit to make up for it. When I called back to use the credit, a new manager flat out refused to honor what was promised. Unprofessional management and unreliable service—be careful if they claim they will fix a mistake, as they do not keep their word.

Just ordered a large cheese pizza with extra sauce. Pizza was cooked well and they actually remembered to cut it in squares which most papa John’s don’t. The manager is a really cool guy. He makes sure your order is right and you’ve got everything you need.

Food was ready quickly for pickup. They are kind and efficient with giving you dipping sauces or anything else you ask for.
