**Pros:** - **No wait time** — I was able to order and get my food quickly. - **Order process is smooth** — the food order is accurate and easy. - **Great service** — staff were friendly and attentive. **Cons:** - **Quality has significantly decreased** for the same order I used to get. - **The food is now oily**, which wasn’t the case before. - **It doesn’t sit well afterwards**—I felt uneasy after eating it. **Overall:** While the service and speed are solid, the drop in food quality is hard to ignore. I’d consider trying something different or asking about portions/cooking methods before going back for the same dish.

Do not let the vegetarian part fool you! The flavors are amazing. Highly recommend; there is so much to choose from. The staff will help you understand what all the different foods are like if you are unfamiliar. Lovely people and excellent food!

We placed a catering order for 8 people. The food was great, and everyone really enjoyed it. However, the payment process was a little strange. We were initially told that payment had to be cash only because the card machine was down, and then we were offered Venmo or Zelle as alternatives. What made it confusing was that regular restaurant customers still appeared to be able to pay by card, so it seemed like this only applied to catering orders. The biggest area for improvement is customer service. When I arrived to pick up the catering order, nobody offered to help me carry or load the food, even though it was a fairly large order for 8 people. Overall, the interaction made it feel more like they were doing us a favor rather than providing a service to a paying customer. The food itself was great, but the payment situation and lack of customer service made the overall experience disappointing. With better attention to customers, especially catering orders, the experience could have been much better.
