  My dad and I walk in to Arby's. We ordered 3 meal box with Ham and Cheese. The person who rang us up threw all items in the thin plastic bag not in the box which was on right on the food counter. We asked that you guys don't put in the boxes. He said no. So we just got to car. The bag busted. So we just want the fries and mozzarella sticks and peach rolls. He said no food and no refund because I dropped it in the parking lot. I admit that I threw two sandwiches around him. However, he seems like he doesn't care.

  The food was delicious. The service was excellent. The restaurant was very clean.

  Simple order, lg Reg roast beef, Lg beef and chedder, curly frys and crinkle cut frys. Received no arbys sauce or condiments. Beef and chedder had very little cheese and roast beef had ZERO Arbys sauce. Cold crinkle cut frys. Waited quite awhile with cars building up behind me. Everyone inside looking in bags, NO communication. What a mess. Spent over $20 and so disappointed.

  Ordered food bill came up to $25 gave them a $50 bill. They didn’t take it because they don’t have $25 in there cash register to give you change. I don’t understand it’s 2026 just go out of business if you don’t have changing in your draw.
