  This is one of the better Arby's that I've been to. For example the one on Pearl Road in Parma heights, the food is either cold for the sandwiches are all smooshed. I would definitely come back to this one the next time I'm in the area

  Went down hill good used to be good, couple last time going there the sandwich was cold and the fries were stale. I definitely don’t recommend.

  My buddy and his family ordered a family box. The worker put it all in 1 bag. The bag burst open in THEIR parking lot. They would NOT refund OR reissue their food. I think someone needs a work ethics course. And maybe a new job...

  My dad and I walk in to Arby's. We ordered 3 meal box with Ham and Cheese. The person who rang us up threw all items in the thin plastic bag not in the box which was on right on the food counter. We asked that you guys don't put in the boxes. He said no. So we just got to car. The bag busted. So we just want the fries and mozzarella sticks and peach rolls. He said no food and no refund because he claim I dropped it in the parking lot. I admit that I threw two sandwiches around him. Sorry about that. However, he seems like he doesn't care.

  The food was delicious. The service was excellent. The restaurant was very clean.
