  I am extremely frustrated with my experience at 7 Brew. The pricing is outrageous, and I find their approach to soliciting tips to be insulting. I will not be returning to this business. For a fraction of the cost, I can purchase coffee at a grocery store like Aldi without the added pressure to tip. My rating is 1 star

  Love 7Brew! This is the location that opened up closest to where I live, and while they've since opened up one closer, I still will go to this one when I can. That's not a dig against the other 7Brew, This location is just the best! Everyone is always so friendly and when I've asked complicated questions or asked for what I thought was odd modifications to my drink, they're always cool with it. I don't know anyone by name except for Lily, I think she's like a shift lead now maybe, she's super nice and friendly, but everyone is just the best here! I have had iced coffee at other places, and honestly, I can't stand it. But I'm addicted to the 7Brew iced coffee. Get light ice is my recommendation, especially if you do like I do and will get an iced drink to save in your fridge for the next day. Their hot coffee is great too! I've also had their shakes and some of their fizz drinks, never got anything here I didn't like. Well, I got some things I wouldn't get again, but that's more of a taste bud preference than something from their end. If people complain about long wait times or being disorganized, you clearly haven't been to other 7Brew stands. Parma Heights IS the best!

  Parma hts is my primary stand and go multiple times a week, especially on my way to work at 620am. However, I have been going less during the week because they are SO SLOW in the morning. Sometimes, there’s only ONE brewista working with both lines stacked up. This morning I was especially irritated because there was a car in lane 1 and I was the lone car in lane 2. A second car pulled into lane 1 about 7 minutes after I pulled in and they took their order first. I was in line for a total of about 12 minutes from the time I got there to the time I pulled out. I would’ve gone to the one in Middleburg but they are always too busy for me to stop. Later in the day on weekdays and weekends are getting harder to stop because for some reason they can’t handle being busy because the lines just stop. I have noticed a HUGE turnover of staff since they first opened (been going there since day 1). So I don’t know if they are just fast tracking training to get people or if there’s a deeper issue.

  I come here like three times a week which is embarrassing but it is my favorite place to be. The girls are lovely coffee is great and quite frankly if I could live here I would but that's slightly embarrassing to say out loud. Today I had Dori who was extremely sweet and definitely put up with way more dog talk than I should have let out. But that's the thing. They've never been rude to me about my nervous excessive chatter. They've just accepted me for my weirdness and let me be myself and they've always been amazing to my daughter who orders the same thing every time which is a chocolate oat milk with whipped cream. They treat her like royalty that makes her feel so special. When you're having a really rough time and you're fighting tears and then you go through a line where people just welcome you like that that makes a world of difference. Thank you for always just being so kind to us regardless of how messy we are sometimes.

  Knocking at least 1 start off right off the bat because of bees. SOO many bees! Want bees in your car? Hit up the brew. I know, fairly out of their control but they definitely make traps and stuff. On to the service, it is very hit or miss. When the "A" team is working, and you can tell based on the line when you pull in, its a good experience. Fast, friendly, drinks made right and makes you want to tip and come back. When its not the "A" team working, its a frustrating experience. They'll take one line of cars and ignore the other, they'll mess up drinks, they'll continue chatting while your drinks are sitting on the ledge just waiting to be given to the car. When they're walking up and down taking orders, if they're even doing it, they'll spend 5 minutes just chatting with one car and then not bother taking other orders until like 3 more cars pulled away. Its easy to decide no tip and not wanting to come back when the "B" team is handling it. For a while, we went every day but at this point, service too spotty to justify it.
