By far the WORST Taco Bell in Ohio. I have been there 8 times( I should have learned after the 3 time). Every single time I have been to this location (no matter the time of day) it’s either ‘We are out of almost everything’ or ‘if you don’t have a mobile or DoorDash order we can do anything because it’s only me’. How the franchise owner or Corporate has not done anything with this store is beyond me. The safety of the employees and telling people they are the only on in the store is going to lead to them get robbed. And forget calling corporate I spent 57 minutes waiting to talk to someone that I just hung up I give it 6 months before city shuts them down or something happens that gets them in the news.

Came in and had to do a large order for the family. I understood that it was a lot but as soon as I get done ordering the cook yells “about time”. Then he looks at the screen and says “oh my God, what the f***” i’m not looking for the order to be done in two seconds I understand that I could take time. But there’s literally no customers in here. I am the only customer and all I get is a complaint from the Cook because the order is large. Told the manager just to cancel the order. So rude! Don’t go here!

I asked for easy lettuce and extra beef of my tacos and got the opposite. Paid extra to not even get what I asked for on top of the long drive thru wait. Don’t think I’ll return here, this has been the 3rd time.

Save your time and don’t go here. I feel bad for the workers because management genuinely screws them over by not having enough staff working. Waited half an hour in the drive thru just to cancel my order online (they accept only mobile orders after midnight) and left after 3 cars behind us also backed out of the place. Why not just close at that point? I know reviews don’t make a difference but at this location, please do better management.

Ordered mobile in-store pickup… arrived to find the doors locked and a long line of cars in the drive-thru which did not move… at all. Apparently they can’t manage to actually staff the place. Order elsewhere.
