When I arrived at the restaurant for the pickup, I was told that the customer had already paid, even though it was a cash-on-delivery order. I was supposed to collect the payment from the customer, but since the payment had already been made at the restaurant, the staff didn't give me any money. I picked up the order and left—I just got out of there because they started arguing with me. Later, I spoke to the customer and asked, "Why did you pay there? You were supposed to pay me, not the restaurant." I showed them the proof—pointing out that the app clearly indicated a cash payment was due. She insisted, "I’ve already paid." I told her, "I haven't received any money, so I'm taking this order back; you can pick it up from there yourself."They have misled the customer, yet they refuse to acknowledge it. They had the customer make the payment, but when I went to deliver the order, my system indicated that the amount was still due from the customer—as shown in the proof I am attaching here. When I asked the customer for the money, they refused to pay because they had already made the payment. After cancelling the order and returning, I simply asked them: "If the customer has already paid, and neither you nor the customer is paying me now, then who is going to pay me?" They just started laughing. They threatened me and told me to leave, even though I hadn't done or said anything wrong. I had every right to question them because they had already provided proof that the customer had made the payment. Neither the customer nor I was at fault; the fault lies entirely with the restaurant. They collected the cash payment for the order from the customer but neither passed the money on to me nor fulfilled the customer's order. They are committing fraud. Do not place orders with them; they are dishonest people.

The food was actually really good, which makes this frustrating to write, but the overall experience wasn’t great.
We ordered through the app and paid for a cheese cup that we never received. When we asked about it, we were told they don’t even sell that item and that since the order went through, they wouldn’t refund it. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse from there.
After the initial interaction, the employee walked away and no one came back to the window. We sat there for quite a while trying to get someone’s attention, waving and being completely ignored. We eventually had to honk several times just to get someone to come back so we could even ask about the missing item.
At least three different employees came over, looked at us through the window, and kept questioning us. It felt awkward and unnecessary. When I first asked about the missing item, the employee seemed confused, walked away, came back, and then things escalated to a supervisor or manager.
The manager was pretty dismissive, no apology, no effort to make it right, just “we don’t have that.” After showing the receipt, she finally offered a sauce instead, which is cheaper, and still refused a refund. Eventually we accepted it just to move on, but the whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional. There was no reason for us to be talked down to like that.
On top of that, both of our separate orders were thrown into one bag, we got one fork for two wing orders, and no napkins at all.
Lastly, the wings themselves were odd. We ordered flavored boneless wings, but they came out basically plain with a small amount of sauce just poured on top, not mixed at all. I appreciate that the food was fresh, but I’ve never had to mix and coat my own wings after ordering them that way. Ordered the Sweet Chili 8 piece wings and my wife ordered the Garlic Parmesan 8 piece wings.
Again, the food quality had potential, but between being charged for something we didn’t get, being ignored at the window, the poor service, and the way things were handled, it really took away from the experience.
