Even though they were having a special event they found a place for us to sit and we did have to wait a little bit but that's big and they told us we would have to wait because they were having a big event there's that evening I thought everything went wonderfully and the people were very kind and they kept apologizing for the way and they kept checking on us and that was important because you know we made the decision to stay because even though they told us it would be an extra long wait and the food was worth it it was very nice and the atmosphere is wonderful I like history and the music was going and it was just a really pleasant night

Went there for the 1st time ever with my fiance on August 22. Our server was pretty attentive but the food was not good at all. I got the Tuscan Vegetable Ravioli and the sauce was disgustingly greasy or it was sopping in butter. My fiancé got the Open Face Chicken Parm. The grease it was fried in had to be old because thats what the breading on the chicken and the fries that came with it tasted like. The breading and the fries were also dark like when your oil is old. We didnt return our food because we dont trust it to not get messed with anywhere we go, so we just sucked it up and ate what we could. It may have been a bad night for whoever was cooking because there was an older couple there that complained and returned their food. Looked like the gentleman got the ravioli like I did. Either way it was a first impression and I wont be back.
