  My issue is not with Jimmy Johns or the food. Its with the location and why my delivery order took over an hour to be transferred to uber eats. then uber eats taking 20 mins to find a a driver that was 35 mins away and I only live less than 1 mile away. My car is down and was lucky to have found a ride there to pick up the order myself and wasnt even offered a refund or removal of delivery charges.

  Not much to like about this location. I walked in to pick up my order and the guy behind the counter. Let out a huge burp. Very disgusting. That I could hear him, coughing behind the counter with no mask on not someone I want making my food.

  I ordered on the app and arrived 15 minutes after I ordered. Nobody was inside when I arrived and no orders were sitting waiting to be picked up. I ordered a #12 with extra mayo. They hadn’t even taken the ticket off the printer yet. When I got home, I got a sandwich with no tomatoes, and pickles instead of cucumbers. Just a sandwich drowning in mayo, lettuce, turkey, cheese, and avocado. Deeply disappointed for it being the only order they had on a Monday night.

  They no longer offer iced tea at this location. That is a must for me, so I canceled my order. They were not happy. PS. They charged me but I have not seen the credit go back on my card. She only gave me a receipt to say they were canelling the order.
