- HHHelainaJul 31, 20261.0I was double charged for my pizza. Once with the amount for the total of the pizza, and once with the tip amount added into it. I tried to talk to the owner about it, and explain that I was double charged, which has never happened before. I paid the same way that I paid every other time and have been adequately checked out. When I tried to explain that I was double charged the owner basically brushed me off saying that it was the bank’s problem and told me to call the bank. he also stated that that’s just how their system “works“, which doesn’t make sense because then they would be consistently double charging their clients. I have never seen this before. Before I was even done talking to him, he hung up on me. I called the bank and told them about it and they said that it was Domino’s problem and they had to give me a refund. I went back to Domino’s the same night and kindly asked for a refund and explained that it’s not correct that it’s showing two charges on my account, seeing as that has never happened before. Owner rudely told me that one of the charges pending will drop and I’ll get my money back. He also tried suggesting that I had double charged it myself because I wasn’t patient enough to let it load. This over charge of my account Unexpectedly sent bank account into overdraft. Owner was rude and unprofessional. Issue was not solved, and a customer lost with the way this situation was handled. Maybe next time just be nice? Idk just a thought.

It was too late to call so I took photos of the pizza and took them in and showed them. I was told it was made correctly. I was told if I keep having issues why do I come back. Told if I continue to have issues I can go somewhere else. I have never complained. I was treated so rudely I think I want to go somewhere else just from the lack of customer service and over the top rudeness!!!
