  To the kid working the second half of the line; nobody needs THAT much sour cream on their food. Like, seriously. I feel like you intentionally put that much on it to mess with us and make it inedible. If you hate your job that much (which we could all tell you do), quit. The service industry isn't for everyone, buddy. It's okay if it isn't for you. Everyone else there seems to enjoy being there, or are at least good at acting like it.

  Usually this Chipotle location is hit or miss, but today was honestly terrible. I ordered a chicken bowl and there was literally not one piece of chicken in it. I also got extra sour cream, which I order every single time, so I know what it normally tastes like. Today it tasted completely off and extra sour to the point I couldn’t even eat the bowl. The whole meal just had a weird taste. Super disappointed because I actually love Chipotle, but this location seriously needs better management and quality control.

  I ordered online expecting my meal to be ready when I arrived as I was scheduled for a class that was starting soon. I arrived at my pickup time to find that there were two other people waiting for their pickup orders and there was a long line at the service counter. After roughly five minutes of waiting for my order, which should have already been ready, one of the servers announced that they were low on rice and steak. I was hoping that would not apply to my online order as I had ordered well before coming into the store, and felt that since I paid already, I should be a priority. The line at the service counter emptied out and filled back up again and still no one had addressed the online orders, and now there were five of us waiting. I heard a staff member address a young man by the name of Chris. Chris was working the window and online orders. I watched him very slowly walk back and forth, with no sense of urgency for the line of people that were waiting. The server took our names and told them to Chris for our orders. Ten minutes later, he still had not addressed anyone. Finally he began to move the line. He asked my name, and I told him and he went back to prepare my food. I heard him yell out that they were low on brown rice. Someone responded to him that there wasn't anymore. Moments later he handed me my bowl. I'm glad I checked it because I had a corner of brown rice and about six or seven pieces of meat in my entire bowl. I complained to a server who had just clocked in, and she gave me a side of meat, and offered to remake my bowl. I accepted the side of meat instead, now being twenty minutes late for class. It wasn't until I began to eat that I noticed my fajita vegetables and guacamole were missing. Chris was very lazy, and didn't seem to care about orders being accurate or of proper portion. I gave two stars for the nice lady with face piercings who offered to remake my food and remedy the situation.

  Sitting here reviewing while I wait for the confirmed catering order to be filled 25 minutes late. While call offs were the reason given, there was NOTHING of the ordered together and the blank looks I received when I mentioned my order tells me excuses were being dug out from the depths of BS-land. I’m an infinitely patient customer and am willing to give grace but being lied to is infuriating. I know this location has had issues, based on reviews they’re repeated, but I’m always willing to give chances because service Industry is always a staffing nightmare. Does not excuse deception attempts and failure to be prepared when confirmation emails are sent. Order filled. 25 minutes late and both nothing beyond a half-hearted apology. Beyond disappointed nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Definitely have to consider making different arrangements for future catering needs, which is disappointing as the food continues to be one of our favorites.

  First time here. Like 5 or 6 guys working, or should I say "working" kept telling people online order only, not sure why, they cheap out on ingredients too you order double protein they give you one scoop. I get so tired of that shit.
