  Why did yall play in my face…I always have to ask for extra rice when I order, and even when I do, it’s barely filled. The chips are also always soggy. I’ve got a FULL piece of chicken, twice. They’re almost always short staffed, so the line is to the door. Even though my name is satire, my review isn’t!!!!!😡

  Came in an hour or so after they opened. The workers had a strange demeanor with me and every other customer. Very rude and blunt with everyone for some reason. The place was very dirty with food still all over the floors. Even though every chair in the dining room was still on the tables, there was no hot sauce available and little to no silverware. The soda machine had dirty spouts and machine wasn’t turned on till a few people after me kept saying something about it. Then there was no ice and the sodas were all flat. The machine itself was nasty from previous food and liquids.

  Filthiest Chipotles I've ever visited. Trash was overflowing, tables weren't clean, out of ice, out of Adobe chicken. Staff needs to be replaced, not a single person was polite. Health dept needs to make a surprise visit.

  The people working the window doing online orders are so god awful slow. You shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes every single time for an online order, crazy. The ones working the counter like to walk around the back and pretend you aren't there too instead of just doing their job. The whole time there's almost nobody in the store or drive thru either. Absolutely no reason for it.

  Not sure where to even start...I waited in line for close to 10 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. While waiting in line one of the employees behind the counter kept yelling at her children that she brought to work with her and had turned the dining area into their personal toy and play room, I guess you can just bring your kids to work and let them take over the dining area....Finally make it up to the counter to place my order, a lady wearing a shirt that was roughly 3 sizes too small for her with her underwear and haggard tatoo on her back visible announces that they are out of white rice and most of the meats...so I settle for a steak bowl. The brown rice was soaking wet, the steak if you can call it that was drier than an old boot that sat in the middle of a desert for a few years. So I make it to the middle section for salsa and other toppings, well the employee working that station looked at me and just walked off to go deal with her children that were running wild in the dining area....didn't say anything to her coworkers that she needed them to cover her position while she went and dealt with her unruly children, so I stand there for another 3-4 minutes before another employee noticed that she had abandoned her station and came over to take her position. I get a nasty attitude and dirty look as she asks me what I want on my steak bowl, she flops some salsa and cheese on there and sends me to the register, I figure okay this can't get much worse....WRONG! I ask for large fountain drink, the cashier asks if I want ice,I am puzzled.. I tell her yes please and she takes my cup and fills it with ice from the machine behind the counter, why you may ask, because no one has filled the ice in the machine in the dining room...So I pay for my food and head to the soda fountain, all while stepping around kids snacks and toys scattered all over the floor, thinking to myself well this can't get any worse.....but you guessed it! It got even worse ... I fill my soda up only to take one sip and realize the is zero carbonation in it....I go inform the poor cashier who looks like she is ready to just walk out and quit because she is working in a frigging daycare center, all the while the lady who abandoned her station is still yelling at her kids from behind the counter to pick up their toys ...The nice cashier gave me a glass bottle of coke and apologized. If you are thinking about stopping here to eat do yourself a favor and just grab a random dead animal on the side of the road and eat it there, you will have better food and service. This location is a burning dumpster fire floating down a burning river of feces. Corporate should close this location, demolish it and just pretend that it never existed. If this is a franchise location that franchise license needs to pulled immediately. Hands down a 0 out of 10.
