  Fourth time in a row I e been to this location and they have been out of multiple products. Staff is always obnoxious, especially when a certain manager is working I’ve noticed. The drink stations for juice are never set up. Tonight, they were out of black beans, pinto beans, hot salsa cheese, guac, and peppers. My burrito was yet again rolled like a sloppy mess. Absolutely last time I will ever come to this location ever again. The sad part is this chipotle used to be awesome just a couple of months ago. I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes to another location to where I’ll actually be able to choose ingredients I want.

  We did an online order. We ordered chips and queso, not only did the not give the queso (which is expensive) they also gave hardly any chips in the bag. This was after waiting for 40 minutes of standing in line. The fajita was barely cooked. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Not sure what’s going on. Chipotle needs to figure it out.

  Picked up an order for co workers and everything was wrong as well as half sized portions that were thrown together sloppily. Multiple items were missing from the order and the inside was a complete disaster. This might be the worst chipolte ive ever been too.

  Prices went up again! Chicken was to be $9.15. I ordered the burrito bowl asked for half honey chicken and half regular chicken. I was charged more than what the board said for chicken. I assume that maybe the honey chicken is higher price but there is no indication of that anywhere and was not advised it's be a higher price. Fajita veggies were overdone. Corn salsa was frozen! Chips were stale and way over salted! Left over from previous night? I don't know. Staff was nice enough and flavor of burrito bowl was as expected.

  I was out of town and stopped by this chipotle last night on our way home. I ordered it on the app (like I regularly do) and used the drive-through for pick up, even redeeming a free entrée reward. Let me first start by saying everyone’s rice was either old because it was crunchy with some newer, soft rice mixed in or it was undercooked, I’m not sure which it is, but the majority of the rice in our dishes was not how it normally tastes. I ordered a burrito that did not come with the cheese and lettuce that I ordered. My spouse’s tacos were supposed to be crispy tacos and he received soft tacos. My mother‘s burrito bowl did not have the lettuce that it was order with. Last but not least, my child‘s kids meal was the cheese option for their quesadilla (that automatically comes with guacamole, because it’s the vegetarian option). They got their side of rice, a side of chicken (we didn’t order), and two soft tortillas with no cheese and guacamole in sight. We also received no napkins or forks so I had to go around the building and go back in and get some. The utensils and napkins we’re not a huge bother for me, but completely defeats the purpose of ordering it to go and picking it up in the drive-through because you’re on the go. I didn’t get a chance to contact this location last night, but if they see this and reach out to me, I appreciate it and am all ears.
