    Thank you Arby's! Thank you Dan! It's like walking into the sitcom CHEERS! Everyone knows your name. Dan greets us, serves us and even remembers our orders. Food is hot, done right and delicious! This is how service should be. Way to go Team Arby's!

    My wife and I ordered a French dip and the most important part of the sandwich was forgotten, I know people make mistakes but it was a little mind boggling that the Au Jus sauce was missing
