  Stopped through the drive thru this past Sunday to get a kids meal for my child, we were told to pull around and wait for our fries(they gave us none of our food, just drinks).. after waiting about 15-20 minutes, and seeing them bring out fries and remainder of food to another car who was also told to pull around and wait, I went inside to check on why my order was the only one being held up. They had forgotten about us. They were not busy at all during this time either.

  My food was delicious and the presentation was spot on. Mozzarella sticks are the best for fast food. Arby's needs to give other fast food restaraunts advice on how to serve food. Keep up the good work Arby's. The people here are very friendly unlike others. 😀

  The one in Chardon, oh was dirty and dingy outside and when we got there the shake machine was broken (and it was still could outside). No customers in drive thru or inside. I don't get it. We left and drove to Mentor location and it was a much different story. Just bypass Chardon on the future.
