  0/10. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Chipotle. My boyfriend and I come here all the time for a quick dinner, but this visit was completely different. The employee who made our bowls, Andrew (I got his name from the receipt since he wasn’t wearing a name tag), was extremely rude from the moment we walked up. He didn’t greet us until we spoke first, rolled his eyes throughout the interaction, and threw the ingredients into our bowls with an obvious attitude. He also tossed our food into the bag carelessly, and our bowls ended up flipped over. The entire interaction made us feel very uncomfortable. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or if there was another reason for how we were treated, so I don’t want to make assumptions. However, the experience was so unpleasant that it did make us question why we were being treated that way. No matter what was going on, customers should never be treated with disrespect. Customer service is a huge part of working in the restaurant industry, and this experience fell far below what we’ve come to expect from this location. I genuinely hope management takes this seriously because I have a hard time believing this was the first time he’s behaved this way. If I see Andrew working the line again, I will likely choose not to eat here. I’ll also be letting my friends and my boyfriend’s teammates know about our experience. Very disappointing. 0/10.

  My husband went in to get a chipotle honey chicken burrito for me after I’d completed a major race. As an athlete, I was really looking forward to the Chipotle honey chicken after burning so many calories. They were out of it on the front line but had it on the back line. They were not busy at all. It was a ghost town. They refused to serve any to my husband because they “had a lot of orders coming in on the back line”. We will refuse to eat here from now on because of the terrible service. Chipotle Oxford, you really dropped the ball.

  For context, I ordered two chicken bowls on different occasions on doordash. There was barely any food in it. I tried to complain but have gotten nowhere when trying to call the stores location.

  Showed up 10 past my scheduled time. Waited like 10 or 15 more minlutes to get my order just to get home and have so little portions of everything. I have such little rice I can fit all the rice in my bowl on a normal spoon. Also my side sauces have other food mixed into it. Very disappointed and very hesitant on going back again as this was my first time coming to this locaction.
