  My sandwich was cold it had been sitting up for a while I assumed it was out of time the staff was more concerned about the pizza that had just been delivered instead of serving people I had to leave half my order behind because I ran out of time because I was standing there longer than necessary while no one was at the front of the store

  I ordered 2 double cheddar and roast beef sandwiches. As I pull out of the drive thru I noticed my sandwich was cold so we backed up because no one else was in line and I told the worker that my sandwich was cold and she said to me that she watched my sandwich get made and it was fresh? Well I said I’m sorry I’m a liar but my sandwich is cold and she just looked at me like I was crazy? She never asked to feel the sandwich? I asked for the store number and she didn’t know it? Well I’ve tried this store a couple times and I feel like I don’t deserve to be treated this way? When I’m going to get something that should be fresh and the sandwich should be warm? But the roast beef was dry on the edges and salty which tells me it was sitting? I do not recommend this restaurant Update: I spoke with the manager and she resolved the way I felt going through the drive thru and ordering food. She said that she is trying to fix any issues with the restaurant since she’s been manager. She offered to fix my sandwich which was a nice gesture however I didn’t want another sandwich I just wanted to be treated as a valuable customer and Tracy did that today on the phone. I will try again sometime to see if it’s better.

  Great roast beef, however very slow service. I'm thinking they're looking for more help. Also, when I was handed my food through the window she didn't ask if I needed sauces. Luckily I remembered and said two of each, please. She just grabbed a lot more than I needed and put then in the bag. With way too many napkins. That can't help their bottom line.

  Food was ok, seemed a little old. Ordered to go and took about 15 minutes to get food and go.
