    Great roast beef, however very slow service. I'm thinking they're looking for more help. Also, when I was handed my food through the window she didn't ask if I needed sauces. Luckily I remembered and said two of each, please. She just grabbed a lot more than I needed and put then in the bag. With way too many napkins. That can't help their bottom line.

    Food was ok, seemed a little old. Ordered to go and took about 15 minutes to get food and go.

    My first visit to this location resulted in a minor quality issue (something foreign in my food), however the staff was very apologetic, polite, understanding, and pleasant (not defensive).

    We ordered the French dip sandwich. The sandwich is supposed to have caramelized onions and Swiss cheese. No onions and barely any cheese. Sandwich was smashed flat. No flavor. Will not be ordering this again
