  My family and i visited this subway on May 2nd , it was supposed to be a quick stop. Where I ran in to get us all food while my husband and kids waited in the car. First thing there was no one at the counter so I pushed the button that said ring for service , waited 2 minutes before pushing it again. Finally after 7 minutes of waiting and another customer behind me someone came out to take my order . To only then ask me if she could serve the man behind me first since he must of been a regular and she knew his order by heart, I looked behind me at the man. He immediately said he wasn't in a rush, so I said I've already been waiting 10 minutes and didnt want to wait any longer. So the lady then started my order which was 3 subs, then another employee came to help the man behind me . So heres the kicker as she finished my first two subs and put them in the toaster oven , the other employee grabbed my 3rd sub and started making the mans sub . So now I'm waiting for the lady to get another bread to start my last sub , but she didn't do it right away . She continued to tell the other employee how to make the mans sub, like she couldn't just ask him . This subways employees care more about their social life's rather then doing the job they were hired to do . Absolutely will not return!!

  Worst Subway I've ever been to! Customer service garbage absolute garbage. The funny thing is I went down the street 20 minutes to oak harbor. Got my subs in 10 minutes. No problems. How funny is that! Don't be in a hurry cuz they're slow as snails. And don't have a problem because they won't fix it. It'll take over an hour to fix it if you do.

  Haven't been in a subway for years due to quality and service drop. After coming here and getting served by Aleia my opinions have changed. Service was beyond amazing Aleia was amazing just so happy and helpful. A true gem. Food quality was really so good, everything looked great and was so fresh. Great experience. I cant say enough good about Aleia she is the type of person every company wishes to have but few do.

  My order came out correctly. There were several dirty tables. Granted this was part of a gas station truck stop area.
