  Placed a pick up order. 2 custom bowls an order of chips and guacamole, and a nacho bowl. Nacho bowl came with no chips/nachos. The meat in the custom bowls were both hard, charred and minimal. Literally maybe 10 pieces of meat per bowl and thats being generous. Very disappointed as this was our first impression of Qdoba. Chipolte just up the road will be keeping our business.

  Food was quite good and fresh at a reasonable price. I feel very full with just a bowl despite my typically ravenous appetite. Website was easy enough to use with plenty of options and rarely a stray upcharge for things that ought to be included. I greatly appreciate that. Service was fine. Fast, casual, nothing out of the ordinary but employees seemed on top of what they were doing which can't be said for every place these days. Quite recommend and I hope more of these open up as they are a better value than Chipotle.

  I put in an online pick up order 25 minutes before I got there. I got there in the time it said it would be ready and it wasn’t. Sat in my truck for 25 minutes went back in and the guy didn’t even start it. He was just standing there. I asked to just cancel at this point and he said I had to do it on my phone. I couldn’t, so I attempted to call the store after I got home and the phone is disconnected. Now I have to dispute the charge at my bank.

  We ordered a nacho to go and got 2 bags of stale chips and a big dip bowl that was more like a Mexican sause soup with very little amount of meat at the bottom which was cold and tasted old like bottom of the pan scrapings. Restaurant was filthy with food all over the lobby floor and dirty tables. Also the pop machine was a mess and squirted water out the side near your hands as you fill your cup. Id never eat here again or recommend it to someone, they should be embarrassed calling this a restaurant!

  Editing after a month, and sadly I have to change this review. It was a decent start, but good lord it's gotten bad so quickly. I went back today to make use of my punch card for a free burrito from when the store opened. Even for free I don't think it was worth it. The punch card says it's for the Perrysburg store and I had to convince them I'd been here for the opening of the store here in Oregon. You know, the thing that happened a month ago where you guys gave these out? The portions are still good if you want low quality meat. As other people have said, burnt chicken and fatty steak are a staple here. It's upsetting because during the opening the food was amazing. Where I'd assumed the staff were stressed in my original review, most of them are just rude. Is it really such a crazy thing for someone to order TWO(wow!) burritos? I went to get myself and my wife lunch. Just because I'm alone doesn't make me insane for buying food for 2 people. Yet, they acted like I walked in and spit on them. I wish I was exaggerating with that. Felt like the lady was gonna smack me over it. The manager was quick to take over, but maybe just don't have employees that do that? I will say some of them weren't acting like that. Keep them and get rid of the rude people. The price is fine for the size of food. I'd probably just get Chipotle instead for similar price though. The quality just isnt here to justify it. The atmosphere is bleak. You walk in and it feels like the workers have been getting whipped. The store itself is messy, but I can't really blame anyone for it when it seems like they *need* 8 people to make 2 burritos. Not sure if it's a training thing or a company thing, but Subway doesn't need 4 people to assemble a sandwich. Why does Qdoba need 4 people handling my burrito and yelling over eachother to ask me if I *really* need two? As an aside; I know it's normal for companies to copy and paste responses to reviews. I think it's a bad look. The reply to my original review was the same as every other. At least pretend you're reading these. Original review below👇 Brand new place, so far seems pretty good. Staff seemed really stressed by the opening, but were quite pleasant. Good value for the amount of food
