  Food was good, staff was fine, place was dirty. This place is not that old and looks beat up just because it’s dirty. I came in the other day with a friend 30 mins after they opened and it was filthy. Bathrooms, booth, front door and floors. So closers don’t clean, nor do morning staff? Floors should be swept and mopped properly the night before. Not to mention tables should be wiped down. If opening, this should all be checked and cleaned if missed. Yet, tip prompts when cashing out and you pick up your food at the counter. Pfft.

  I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years, I’ve opened up a lot of restaurants never have I ever been so disappointed in the service and people anywhere like this before. I assume the woman in the polo is the manager she was rude, barely opened her mouth when talking so we didn’t hear much without asking what or Huh, she didn’t ask if we wanted drinks, sides or anything extra. The boy filling the meat when we walked up didn’t say a word to us. ( he was there for a few minutea still nothing) The girl up front didn’t say anything. Let me set the scene for you… four grown men ordered and sat down to eat before us they were the only people there besides myself, fiance and our toddler. I will say the crew there will 10000% be why im not returning and I’m pretty easy going honestly so I would venture to say business will suffer bc of these folks. Thanks

  First time at this location and the experience was disappointing. The food was old and crusted over on the top. I thought maybe it just needed to be stirred, but when I got my bowl the chicken was hard and burnt. The chips tasted like old oil. The tea dispensers did not have lids. The floors were sticky.

  I put an online order. I personally cannot drink carbonated drinks. So I ordered a sweet tea. I informed a gentleman by the name of Matt or at least that's what he says his name is that there was no sweet tea. He replied we're out! So then I went to the regular tea and there wasn't any regular tea either. He was working the cashier register and I said to him there's no regular tea either. He said I told you we're out! I said to him politely then I'm going to need a refund. He looked at me as if he was going to strangle me and said can't you see all these people you'll just have to wait. Obviously I responded to him that he didn't need to be so rude. Then he proceeded to tell me to get out of his restaurant. And that he would never serve me and don't come back when he is there. This guy is going to wind up hurting someone. Please feel free to contact me if you are the person he hurts because I will be happy to go to court and testify for you. There was no reason for him to get crazy. I'm 66 I try to be as polite as I can to these servers because I know that the job is not easy. But this guy needs to be on some kind of medication because he is going to hurt somebody. Thank goodness it wasn't me. This happened 7/31 between 12:10 and 12:20. I hope the store has video so they can view his behavior. And I never got the refund I just left because he just kept getting crazier. Definitely don't think I'll be ordering anything from this Qdoba ever again.

  I did an online order. I didn’t get my side of queso with my chips I ordered. I brought my food back home & took a bite of my chicken burrito & looked at it I thought they accidentally put black beans in it & they didn’t. My chicken was just that burnt. My husband got a bowl too & his chicken was burnt too. Worst chicken I have ever tasted. Never will go there again.
