  Stood there waiting and the worker completely ignored me. Didn't acknowledge my existence or anything. She started doing dishes instead. Highly rude and unprofessional. Don't know her name. She is short thick and with black hair and tattoos. When she gave me the order she didn't even say anything

  I just ordered delivery and was sent a text that door dash is delivering my food. No offense, but I don't want some random person in their pajamas touching or putting my food in their car. I have never used any grocery or food delivery service for this exact reason. An actual employee would be held to some type of standard and many places have company cars that I'm sure are to be kept tidy. Blows my mind that just a few years ago we had to wear masks and stay 6 feet apart because of germs and now everyone is A-OK with random people touching all their food. Also, why am I being charged a $5 delivery fee if Pizza Hut isn't delivering my food? Nice scam. Food was pretty average too. Cheese bread overcooked. Luke warm. I'll never order from here again.

  Used to go here a lot until they started burning the pizza or not cooking it all the way. Then they gave me the wrong pizza, drove all the way home and called them once I opened it and they said “oh yeah ur pizza is still here do u want to pick it up or give u a free pizza next time” so I had to go and pick it up AGAIN. They used to not skimp on giving out free packets of cheese, plates, napkins, silverware. Now I ask the manager says sorry we are charging now for any request bc we aren’t making enough money to cover ordering the supplies. PIZZA HUT! get ur act together. Just sad.

  Ordered pizza, it was in the drivers car for an hour before we got it, my husband spoke to the manager asking for new pizza or a refund and she hung up on him. She’s extremely rude and doesn’t care about her customers.

  I ordered 2 pans of chicken Alfredo pasta and the cookie dessert. The pasta was watery with hardly any sauce at all and pretty much tasteless. They forgot my breadsticks. When I called I told them just to credit my account for future orders and the manager insisted they deliver them to me instead. Which was nice but the pasta was cold by the time I got they got there. Only 1 order was given to me but I was not about to call again. The employees were nice enough but the quality is seriously disappointing. It was a waste of $36.
