  35 mins in line for 2 McDoubles and a 6 piece nugget still waiting in line but finally at the last window

  They kept taking 2-3 orderes from the inside lane for every 1 order they would take from the outside lane. I arrived with 3 total cars in front of my between both lanes and still waited 10 just to place an order.

  This is the slowest place I have been to I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting for food and it's not busy it's 2 o'clock in the morning no one here but me

  I came here around 5:45p-6p & when I arrived the lobby was kind of busy I get it I ordered on the kiosk & waited at the register to pay for my order ok cool she gives me my food with no tea I told her she ignored me for a sec then tells me my tea is brewing mind 15 minutes goes by or MORE another lady walks in(white lady) says she is missing nuggets & she helps her right away!! Mind you this lady comes after me (black lady) so I immediately get pissed because first come first serve !! I said I was waiting on my tea and now my food is cold & I would like it remade! but you decided to help her first she immediately goes off and is VERY unprofessional explaining how long it takes the tea but mind you MINUTES have went by and she completely forgot about me there is manager standing in the front not saying shit to her she goes in the back speaking to a manager loud thinking I can’t hear her talking about me with a sob story like she isn’t wrong !! I was nice & patient but how much longer should I wait before my food gets cold ! I go sit down & eat she comes back out crying lying to the manager saying I was staring her huh ? I’m siting in peace eating my food after the situation & apparently she called or had family up there she outside on the job crying & they all are staring at me I come to this McDonald’s all the time & never had a problem til today!! Don’t look pass me like I’m less of a person ..& YES i took a picture hopefully you see it I will be escalating this situation with corporate!

  This is ridiculous this place never give you the correct amount of food that they're supposed to actually give you I send my son to go get my grandson a Happy meal chicken nuggets He get home there's no nuggets in a couple fries in a box and the toy that was it like this is ridiculous so now I got to go all the way back up there and get it replaced hopefully don't have no problem and gas is $4 a gallon this does not make no sense
