- AAAlexJul 29, 20261.0Too many times I’ve come here and the chicken is too cold like freezer burn not cooked all the way or too spicy with whatever they put on the chicken. The most recent time I came here I pointed and asked the girl “ IS THAT SAUCE SPICY?” and she didn’t hear me so she thought I wanted it on my bowl and slopped it on. I corrected her and she looked at me like she didn’t know what to do next. I took it and tried it out, just terrible. Will never come back to chipotle.

Staff told us they were out of small tortillas. I tried to order a regular quesadilla instead and they told us we had to go online to order. No offer to sub the large quesadilla for the kid’s meal or even an apology.
