  Food was great! Lobby was clean and presentable. Although i did have a simple question about my receipt and was bashed on and disrespected by no other than Steven. If getting high on shift matters more than a customers quick question, then maybe this business isn’t for you. And for Arby’s to allow that kind of behavior when they’re providing food for the people shows what Arby’s is about. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

  Waited 23 min for my food. They passed my order. Person who took my order wouldnt acknowledge me. I got angry. cook came out and got in my face trying to justify 23 min. Several customers came and went who arrived after me. Cook said they were busy then he started yelling at me. I got angrier and left without getting my money back. Went back in and asked for my money. I assume it was the manager was apologetic. Cook should be reprimanded.

  Just got my order and the disappointment to my "Large Fry" it wasn't even filled half way. Waste of money, I would ordered a medium if I wanted that ammount.
