This was my first time leaving a review, even though I’ve visited this rooftop restaurant before.
The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, and the aesthetics are definitely what make this place stand out. From the moment we arrived, both the hostess at the entrance and the hostess at the top of the stairs greeted us warmly and professionally. They were friendly, welcoming, and set a great first impression.
Unfortunately, the service from our waiter did not match the rest of the experience. I’m not sure if he was having an off day, was tired, or simply wasn’t interested in providing attentive service, but it felt lacking throughout our visit ,also when taking are order he took our order Holding dirty dishes from the table next to us
While placing our orders, it seem rushed there was no recommendations during the ordering process After placing our orders, he put the dirty dishes down, came back to collect the menus all to re-ask again what we ordered and then try to recommend items
The food arrived very quickly, which initially seemed like a positive. However, both of our meals were served cold, making it seem as though they had been prepared ahead of time rather than made fresh to order. I ordered the honey glazed salmon with charred broccolini, and my husband had the half chicken with a petite baked potato. We also ordered two Peach Bellinis. Our total came to around $150.
In my opinion, the food was very mediocre for the price. While the portions work well if you’re looking for lighter bites, I don’t feel the quality justified the cost.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for its beautiful rooftop atmosphere, cocktails, appetizers, and social gatherings. It’s a great place to meet friends and enjoy the ambiance. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a special occasion such as a date night, birthday dinner, or other celebratory meal if you’re expecting exceptional food and service.
After reading so many reviews saying the food is subpar, I was surprised to find that nothing seems to have changed. The atmosphere is wonderful and has so much potential, but the quality of the food should match the experience. Management really has an opportunity here—improving the food could turn this into an outstanding restaurant instead of one people visit only for the ambiance.

They try really hard to be upscale, but fall short. I mean, first off, the service was AWFUL. Really bad. First, we had a couple of beers. They were warm. Room temperature. We asked if they had any cold beer. He said no. We suggested putting a few on ice. The next round was moderately cold. It took forever to get our drinks. Then our appetizers. Then he broke a glass on our table and took away one of our unfinished appetizers, afraid there was glass on it, He didn't even offer to replace it! Speaking of appetizers... 3 slices of prosciutto, 3 chunks of cheese, half a loaf of bread and some grapes = $26! And then our meals took forever. LIke 2 hours before we saw our meals. Literally. The waiter just seemed disinterested. We asked him to check on our food. He said he would. Then we didn't see him again for 20 minutes. In that time we asked someone else for a manager. The manager (Courtney) went to check on our food and said they were waiting on fries. We told her to bring out what she had. It was ironic that the fries were cold and came out with everything else. There is no way they were waiting on fries. The manager comped our whole meal and told us to order dessert too. From the time we were done eating dinner until the time we got our dessert, it was a whole hour before it arrived. Service was that slow. As for the food, it was decent. The artichokes were really good. The lobster rolls were anemic. All roll, little lobster. The truffle fries were good, but cold. The petite filet is truly petite. The best thing about the meal was the chocolate chip cookies, which were excellent. The manager offered to have us all back for another meal on the house. We politely said thank you, but will never be going back. Save your money, this place is definitely not worth the price. It is pretty inside, but that is just lipstick on a pig. The only thing upscale about this restaurant is the prices.

This place was so disappointing especially considering the reviews. My friend had a birthday dinner here last night and the experience and service were awful. We waited at least 15 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant for our drink orders to be taken. Then it was another 10-15 minutes for her to come back and tell us they only had 1 of the 4 non-alcoholic options available and they didn’t have prosecco for my Bellini. I could get it with champagne but it would be an up charge. I just got something else. Three people ordered the same appetizer and they all came out 5-10 minutes apart. All appetizers were uncooked yet they took nearly an hour to arrive. By the time our entrees were there we were 2 HOURS into the reservation and let me reiterate it was not busy AT ALL. My sandwich was way undercooked and 40% fat. I regret the affagato I bought afterwards not because it was nasty (it was pretty good), but because I shouldn’t have given any more of my money to this establishment. I will NEVER be back I left feeling cheated. I’ve had much better experiences at lower tier restaurants.
