  Tell me how I ordered a delivery order, they gave me someone else's food, I call them and ask for a refund, they tell me they don't do refunds but they're happy to remake my order if I come get it, so I drive 18 minutes and wait 10 minutes in line just for them to tell me my food isn't done yet

  If i could give zero stars I would. Deedee the "manager" is rude and disrespectful and apparently needs a lesson in proper customer service. Under cooked food but told my husband it was well done. No way!

  I know someone who ordered food and asked me to retrieve it because they were sick. I explained that I had previously had an issue with the manager, and that she likely wouldn’t serve me because she’s upset about a Facebook review I left. I still agreed to go because I was asked to. I personally will never eat at or spend money at Ontario Wingstop again, but I can’t control where everyone else chooses to eat. The manager asked me who I was, and yes, I am the person she thought I was. She told me I wasn’t allowed in the store. I explained that the food wasn’t for me, but I had already told the person who asked me that me going there probably wasn’t a good idea. He wanted Wingstop, though, so I went anyway. Long story short, the manager refused to give me the man’s food. Honestly, that’s just more proof of the poor customer service I’ve experienced there, especially considering they had already messed up my own order TWICE before the previous verbal altercation. Anyway, she told me I was trespassed from the store. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I honestly don’t care. They are, without a doubt, the WORST Wingstop I’ve ever dealt with—from here to California. I just wish my friend would stop eating there too. 😂 But that manager definitely needs a review on customer etiquette and professionalism, because ALL of this could have been avoided from the beginning.

  1st time here, excellent food ... boneless wings were really good in size, and flavor..... cheese fies were really good as well .... 😋 customer service was outstanding.... super friendly and amazingly fast!!!the crew seems to be enjoyingwhat they do and workingtogether! I would stop here anytime.....
