  They were out of ice, which the cashier told us but we paid for a pop anyway and then there was no coke, I told her she said oh yeah 🤔 I DO NOT drink diet, no offer of refund, I didn't go back and wait in line to ask for one there were probably 8 people in line and we were headed out of town. Oh there were no napkins either. Everytime we go in to eat, there is never clean tables 😕 I feel Ontario, OH one is going down hill, and we hate to see that because we love it.

  Absolutely the worst Chipotle around. The GM and store Manager need to be fired. How the heck do you run out of ESSENTIAL food by 8pm? That’s PP management! Let’s go down the list of things they ran out of: Corn Salsa Lettuce Brown rice Chicken Fresca drinks empty Ice machine broken How are you charging full price when you don’t have products? Ridiculous! And how can you stay open till 11pm when you don’t have half the menu available? Again, ridiculous! A 3.7 overall rating is too generous because anything above a 2 rating is insane.

  Go here a lot and there’s the standard chipotle menu that’s good but it seems to be a trend that when I go there they let you wait 10 minutes and then let you know that there’s no steak, or chicken, or even rice, I mean at least save me the time and let me know before I start ordering that you’re out of a main item for 30 minutes, then maybe you’ll get a five star for trying

  Giving 1star bc there's no 0 rating to give, we go to Chipotle quite a bit and this chipotle has a serious issue with letting people wait in line without telling them if they're out of steak or chicken or even rice until you get to the ordering point, some of the people that work here are friendly but we've even had some of the grill people be rude to line workers bc they ask on the wait for an item....I like chipotle but this one needs some work

  I have yet to do business here and leave with everything I wanted going in. It doesn't matter the day of the week or time of day, the food prep area often looks as if a bomb went of and and they are always out of something. It's open until 11pm today, it's 7:30pm and they are out of sour cream, corn salsa, cilantro (for rice), and it's a 5min wait for chicken with 3 people in line. I walked in the Hanley Rd location at 1pm following a bus load of baseball players last week and got everything I asked for. I can't understand why the Lex-Sringmill location is always such a hot mess.
