- RYr y2 days ago1.0Went to get lunch and immediately left after I saw they were out of over half the menu. 2pm and they’re out of chicken, steak, white rice, lettuce, salsa, cheese, and beans until tomorrow. Why even be open atp lol. This location is constantly having issues and will lock the doors to close down in the middle of the day if they have a catering order to make

I’m specifically writing this review because for two nights in a row I’ve driven a half hour to my closest chipotle to take advantage of their later hours, both times they were “temporarily closed for maintenance”. By the time I got there the second night they had already closed the shop and the employees were walking out.

The restaurant appeared to be run mostly by teenagers, which I don’t mind at all, but it seemed like there was a lack of focus on customer service despite a line reaching the door. The wait time was much longer than expected, and the overall experience felt disorganized. I usually try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps bring attention to an issue that can be improved. If changes are made, I’d definitely be willing to come back and give it another try in the future.
